Spice Creek Condominiums Facilities

The following social and recreational facilities are available to Spice Creek homeowners and their guests.  With exception of a rental fee to reserve the Meadowbrook Room for social functions, use of these facilities is provided without charge.  Click on the links below for a complete description of each facility.  Homeowners and their guests using these facilties should observe all the rules and regulations associated with each facility.  The rules and regulations are posted in the Rec Center and are linked to each of the facility sites listed below.
